On the ground floor the house has a large room with on one side a living area with sitting area and on the other side an area with a dining table for 6 people and a modern wood stove. Adjacent to the hall is a reading / work / play room, which also gives access to the large outdoor terrace, which is also accessible from the outside via a separate gate door next to the garage. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. Finally, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
