Close to Austria ( Tirol ), this large and high quality equipped 4 star non-smoking apartment offers a huge balcony with a wonderful mountain view and lots of sunshine or even shadow all day long. You can enjoy the nice bath with a floor heating system, prepare a tasty meal in the all new and fully equipped kitchen, relax in our comfortable living room with flat screen TV and DVD-/blu-ray player and free wifi or in the new, spacious bedroom. You can also enjoy the sauna in the public guest area. You will find washing machines, tumblers, free parking space and a ski room in the basement and a delivery service by the local bakery ( needs to be paid separately ).The village offers up to 19 km classical cross country skiing or 7 km skating facilities. Only a few kilometers away you can go skiing at the Winklmoos-Steinplatte ski area or Koessen ( Tirol/ Austria ). There is an inexpensive bus shuttle to the Biathlon at Ruhpolding available, too.Furthermore this area is perfect for hiking, swimming at Woessner Lake or relaxing at Lake Chiemsee and sightseeing in the cities of Salzburg, Rosenheim and Munich.
