To get to the delightful Spiaggia degli Inglesi, just follow the path of stone steps leading directly from the garden of the villa towards a gate cut into the rock that opens onto the most secluded and intimate strip of beach and rocks on the island, sloping gently down towards the sea and just a few steps from the attractive borgo of Sant'Alessandro. Facing it is a panorama of unparalleled beauty that frames the Gulf of Naples and the island of Procida. In this authentic Eden is a wonderful Mediterranean-inspired garden facing the sea, with a large, sea-water swimming pool, and another with thermal water, and the prestigious Villa Capricorno. Marble floors, antique furnishings and elegant tapestries define the classic and refined style of the villa, with no lack of accessories for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Core of the house is the brightly-lit living room swathed in white, with a happy play of large glass doors duetting harmoniously with the wide patio facing the garden, a wonderful spot for “alfresco” meals or for simply lazing and admiring the sea while resting comfortably in soft armchairs. It will be wonderful to come back to this dream villa, which is completed by a wellness area with gym, sauna, Turkish bath, gym and large whirlpool tub with thermal water, from a day spent exploring all the enchanting spots of the island: the Aragonese Castle, the thermal gardens, the Bay of Sorgeto, the charming borghi of Sant'Angelo and Ischia Ponte, the fabulous beaches of Cartaromana, Citara or Cava. Fabulous, also, are the paths that wind up to the peaks of Monte Epomeo, with your energetic climb rewarded by a breathtaking view that embraces the whole island and stretches to the islands of Capri and Ponza, to Naples, Vesuvius and the Sorrento peninsula. The villa is located in a residential area but enjoys absolute privacy and tranquillity and is just a few minutes from Ischia Porto, renowned for its social life and for being the terminus for the main buses and boats and where you will find all useful services, shops and supermarkets. Adjacent to the beach of the villa is a bar-restaurant open during the summer season.
Interior:
The complex consists of the main villa and an annex. VILLA: The main entrance, located on the front façade which is reached from the square in front of the villa and down three short flights of steps, goes into an hallway that leads to both the sleeping area and the brightly-lit living room, with the lounge and dining room, and then on to the spacious kitchen. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom (with joinable beds) with private bathroom with shower and, finally, the master bedroom with bathroom with shower and walk-in closet. On the ground floor is a guest bathroom and multiple glass doors that allow continuous communication between the bedrooms, the living areas and the set-up outdoor areas. The lower floor, wholly dedicated to the wellness area, has a whirlpool tub with thermal water, a fitness area with gym apparatus, a sauna, a Turkish bath and a tanning bed. ANNEX: About 50 m from the villa, it is reached along the path that also leads to the beach and consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room and a convenient kitchenette.

Park:
After a dip in the crystalline waters, returning from the beach up the private steps (about 30 steps), you can choose amongst the numerous relaxation spots in the flourishing, fully-fenced and well-kept garden, within a 10,000 sq m park, with Mediterranean lawn and a lush vegetation of palm trees, cycads, oleanders, fruit and citrus trees, bushes of herbs and flowering essences. The two splendid swimming pools dominate the park and going up towards the villa along paved paths you come to the large terraces outside it. Lounge areas, tables for alfresco meals, the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and wood oven (to be used on request and with external staff) frame the never-ending view of the sea, visible from every corner. The property is equipped with an automatic access gate and an external security service (which can be deactivated if need be). The covered parking area (with space for 3 cars) is located at the end of the internal driveway and near the entrance to the villa.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
There are two swimming pools available within the park which can be reached from the villa down a flight of steps and along a path in the garden of about 50 m. The largest sea-water pool consists of two rectangular tubs connected to each other for a total area of about 500 sq m with the depth varying between 1 and 2,5 m. Lined with light-coloured tiles, this pool has internal lighting, salt purification and submerged steps and a ladder for access to the water. It is bordered by a large stone-paved area equipped with sunbeds and two elegant shady gazebos, one of which faces directly out to the sea, and two cold-water showers. A few steps away is the swimming pool with thermal water (with a maximum temperature of 38°) with an area of 100 m and a constant depth of 1,50 m. This pool is lined with light-coloured tiles and has Roman steps for access to the water. The pools will remain open and available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
