This non-smoking apartment is conveniently located near the "Freiburg-Nord” exit in the basement of a semi-detached house on the outskirts of Freiburg. Within walking distance you will find a bakery and café where you can enjoy a nice breakfast (even on Sundays) or get a quick snack. A deli, several restaurants, and various stores are also nearby, as are an indoor pool and tennis hall. A magnificent panoramic view of the nearby excursion destinations Black Forest, Kaiserstuhl, and Vosges is just a short walk away. The lovely scenic landscape near the apartment is perfect for long walks, Nordic walking or a relaxing bike ride. A bus stop for line 36 is also nearby, allowing our guests to explore Freiburg without the need for a car. The nearby Breisgau s-bahn station gets you to Freiburg Main Station in just a few minutes. The "Neuen Messe” trade fair grounds are also only a few minutes away. Distances: approx. 100 m to a stop for bus no. 36, approx. 1.2 km to the s-bahn in March-Hugstetten with a park-and-ride and bike-and-ride parking lot, 2 km to the A5 exit "FR-Nord”, approx. 12 km to Freiburg Main Station, approx. 7 km to Neuen Messe, approx. 11 km to the University Hospital, approx. 12 km to the Freiburg Old Town, approx. 30 km to Europapark Rust, approx. 76 km to Euro-Airport, 70 km to Basel, approx. 33 km to Alsace. This 3-star, non-smoking apartment is ideal for two people. A cot is available for a third guest. The apartment is 50 m² large, has a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove and oven, a dining area, dishwasher, coffee and espresso machine, toaster, and microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, and sauna. A separate fee is charged for use of the sauna. The livingroom/bedroom has a queen-sized bed, closet, cable TV, radio, Internet connection, desk, and seating area. Heating elements and heated floors in the living room and bathroom ensure a warm, comfortable atmosphere in winter. The apartment has a washer and dryer, both of which can be used for a small additional fee. A cot can be made available for a third guest. Children up to 3 years of age may stay for free. Room only, no meals. Towels and bed linen available.
