We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living.

Apartment complex next to the Skandinavienkai.

Two room apartment corner, approx. 41sqm plus additional partial roofed terrace towards South/West, friendly/ bright furnishing, four sleeping accommodations. Living room with extension wall and side board, two armchairs, sofa bed (double bed), the apartment is carpeted, TV, radio, dining area separated by a shelf and curtain, table and four chairs, outdoor furniture in the storage room: table, chairs, two beach chairs, two sunshades, bedroom with double bed (two separated mattresses), two fold away chairs, bed side table, cupboard, glass indoor divided the rooms, the apartment is laid out with tiles and rugs, complete kitchen with folding table, corridor with wardrobe and shoe rack, shower bath/WC with basin cabinet base. The wheely bins are located on the back of the cellar.

Conditions:
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are available. Apartment is on the ground floor, nr. 011 on the right side. Underground parking place nr. 43, height of the garage is 1,90 m, use of the indoor pool (not heated till 28.02.2023)   are inclusive. No pets allowed. Roof-top terrace with Trave view for joint use. Extra charge for sauna. Storage room for bicycles in the basement. Washing machine / dryer on the ground floor with coin slot.
Attention: This apartment is not a non smoking apartment.

Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Cancellation policy until 31.12.2022
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking. Easy cancellation 01.01.2023
A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 days prior to your arrival. A cancellation after this point will be charged at 90% of the total price.
