Our house is located directly on the bike and hiking trail between Wallmerod and Westerburg. You can start on the doorstep for long walks or bike rides. Just bring your bikes with you. Entry into the Westerwaldsteig in about 5 km. For wellness and relaxation our holiday guests all year round a garden sauna (for a fee) and in the summer months (15 April - 15 September) a swimming pool with loungers in the garden. We also offer a corner for sitting and barbecuing outside. The garden with garden sauna and privacy screen were redesigned 2016 - 2017. Free parking with charging option for e-cars. Quiet location, off the road. A bathing lake with pizzeria bfindet itself in approx. 1km distance. Many beautiful destinations are in our area. The exclusive holiday flat has a size of 48 m² and can be occupied by max. 4 persons. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed. It was completely new, high quality and modern furnished and has of course a separate entrance. 2 persons sleep in the bedroom in a double bed. The couch in the living room can be converted into a bed couch for max. 2 additional persons. Between kitchen and living room a large passageway was built to make everything open and friendly. The apartment is not barrier-free.
Our apartment is located in the basement. In the summer nice and cool, in the winter thanks to underfloor heating a pleasant feeling.

For wellness and relaxation, our holiday guests can use a garden sauna all year round (for a fee of €5.00 per hour) and in the summer months (April 15 - September 15) a swimming pool with loungers in the garden free of charge. The pool, the sauna and the entire garden area are private or exclusive for you to use alone! We also offer a corner for sitting and barbecuing outside. Bed linen and towels are also included. The cleaning fee of 60 € is included in the price on the day of departure.
