Wellcome to 'Gästehaus Minkel' - country style living south of Kassel: comfortable, quiet, natural.This apartment was built 2012 based from the former kitchen of the farm, lovingly decorated and furnished. Old oak beams are still visible but new wooden doors and windows have been added to the original structure. Apartement makes you feel at home, bright an d inviting. Seasonal activities on the nearby farm (wine tasting, tasting potato, etc.) offered for our guests.Various health facilities in the near vicinity, e.g. Bergpark and Kurhessen Therme in Kassel (17 km), accessible by public transport. Details:•   2 bedrooms (double, single), kitchen, bathroom, balcony with patio access•   Solid wood furniture and antique unique pieces•   Luxury fitted kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, *** freezer in the refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave.•   Double bedroom with 2 box springs to a double bed (and divisible), blankets comfort in size 155 x 220, including linen•   Single room with historic oak bed with slatted base including electrical, comfort blankets in size,•   Satellite TV and DVD, CD, stereo, and alarm clock.•   good cutlery, cockery and linen are in the kitchen available in sufficient quantity.•   Bathroom with natural light, heated floors, walk-in shower, heated towel rail and a large basin, including hand and bath towels.•   direct access to patio and garden, barbecue available.

Cancellation conditions:Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge. Cancellations and changes made late, as well as non-arrivals, will be charged at 90% of the total price.Deposit conditions:A deposit of 20% is due immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation from Gästehaus Minkel.The balance is then to be paid on the spot / by bank transfer up to 2 working days before arrival. Pets are allowed in our house in the two apartments on the ground floor ONLY on request. The accommodation of several animals is not possible due to the apartment size.Smoking is not allowed in our house.Arrival is possible from 16:00 to 20:00.The departure should take place until 11:00 o'clock.Please let us know the exact time of your arrival one day in advance.
