Be sure to head to the Baljåsen Nature Reserve, where you can climb to the highest point in Dalsland, (301 meters above sea level), and enjoy views of Lake Vänern. Alternatively, on the Dalslands canal you can follow the winding water with an excursion boat and experience exciting locks before return by train.
