Welcome to this cozy cottage located near the sea in beautiful Åsa. Cottage with several balconies, lawn for play and games and a separate conservatory. From here you can reach both Gothenburg's city life with Liseberg or Ullared for the shopping oven within 60 minutes. Large areas both outdoors and inside make the house feel very airy and lovely. The interior is in a modern and robust style.
Beautiful large hall with a crystal chandelier that welcomes. Guest toilet with bath and toilet is adjacent to the entrance. A large and spacious well-equipped kitchen with both wine cooler, coffee machine and dining area. Large laundry room inside the kitchen with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. Living room with sofas, large TV and cozy armchairs in front of the wood burning stove. Another living room is available, decorated in English style, with its own bar counter and warming wood burning stove with club armchairs. Here you enjoy a glass together before dinner after all the day's activities. Here you also come out to a wind-protected terrace with a glazed conservatory decorated with wicker furniture for evening coziness. At the front of the house there are several patios with lounge furniture, dining area and breakfast table in both sun and shade.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed - 180cm. Inside there is a private bathroom with corner bath (without bubbles), shower & toilet and sauna for 4 people. The second bedroom has a double bed that is 210 cm. This room also has a rollaway bed (child). In the last bedroom there is a double bed that is 160cm. Adjacent outside the bedrooms is another bathroom with toilet and shower. In the hall there is a sofa bed that can easily be converted into a double bed by pulling out the bed. The owner has 2 additional tent beds. In total, there are 6 regular beds and two more beds in the double sofa bed and 2 extra beds = 10 sleeping places.
There are two portable weber grills and a muurikka frying oan that runs on gas. NOTE: be sure to turn it off after each use!
In the surrounding areas there are nice shops with everything from gift items, ice cream café and home bakery and last but not least Hvita Sand which is a popular restaurant right by the sea. Here you can eat good food or go to Afterbeach in the summer. From Gottskär you can look at the fishing boats or book a boat trip out to Nidingen. Near the cottage is the beautiful nature reserve Ölmanäs where you can walk and read about the area. Do not forget to make a trip to Tjolöholm Castle where you get guided tours and pleasant experiences.

Holidaying in Halland
A true summer paradise! Halland offers lovely
beaches, beautiful nature, charming towns and good
shopping. Kungsbacka has a small town feel yet
still offers a wide selection of shops and
restaurants. There are many great deals to be found
in the Freeport shopping centre in Kungsbacka. A journey through historic grandeur awaits
at Tjolöholm, a castle built in Tudor style at the end of the 19th century.
Shallow sandy beaches
The area's fantastic shallow sandy beaches are the main
attraction for many visitors during the summer period. The most
popular beaches in Halland are Tylösand, Mellbystrand,
Skreastrand and Apelviken.
Varberg, the pearl of Sweden's west coast, is a popular
tourist destination in the area. Many Swedes visit Varberg for a holiday
or a long weekend break. Varberg offers lovely beaches, an exciting
historical fortress and a lively market around the
small town square. Apelviken, the largest of the beaches, is one
of Europe's best locations for windsurfing and kitesurfing,
so put your board under your arm and enjoy the action!

Falkenberg has no less than 15 km of sandy beaches,

everything from the popular Skreastrand beach, with its activities and

Not just a seaside location
There are more than 500 lakes and many nice rivers in Halland. In other
words, canoeing is a popular attraction in the area. So why not
paddle up the Nissan rIver or go fishing for salmon in the Ätran rIver, a
popular salmon fishing location. If you feel like going on an
exciting sea fishing trip, you can hop on board in
Falkenberg harbour.
A number of cycling and hiking trails wind their way through
Halland. One tip for an active family day out is to
hike a couple of sections of the Hallandsleden trail, or to
hop on your bikes and ride a stretch of the Cykelspåret cycling trail.
A visit to the Gekås superstore in Ullared, Sweden's most
visited shopping centre, is an absolute must! On the way there or back you can also stop at the Ätran river,
a popular salmon fishing spot.
Halmstad is a popular destination during the summer, although there
is also plenty to do and see in the city during the winter, with a wide selection of stores,
restaurants and bars. There are a number of nice beaches in
the area, the most popular of which is probably Tylösand.
"Wonderland" is a popular playground attraction for families with children.
Laholm is a charming little town close to the well-known coastal resorts of
Mellbystrand and Skummeslövstrand. The Lagan river is the
best recreational fishing location for salmon and trout fishing. On the
Hallandsås horst you can enjoy walking in the lovely beech woods. In the winter,
Laholm is Sweden's southernmost ski resort.
