A pleasant and well-planned holiday home on the outskirts of Harplinge community. The house was renovated in 2015, bright and fresh. Large beautiful plot with panoramic views of pastures and fields. Here you live in a quiet area and are close to both shops and restaurants. A short drive takes you to the fine sandy beaches at Haverdal and to Halmstad's attractive summer town.
The garden has a large lawn, excellent for family play and games. There are several patios to choose from. Under a lush tree, by the bright terrace or in the glazed conservatory. If you are a little frozen, you warm up in the small sauna house.
In the middle of the house is the entrance hall and the large open kitchen with the dining area. There is a living room with a sofa bed for two people. The bedroom is charming and has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. There is a sleeping loft with two extra beds on the second floor, with entrance from the outside. An alternative that may be liked by slightly older children.
Harplinge is a pleasant community at a convenient distance to the beautiful coastline between Halmstad and Falkenberg. Haverdals nature reserve stretches along the beach to Lynga. There are several walking paths and a rich bird life. North along the coast you have Steninge, with its varied coastal nature.
Halmstad is only a short drive away. Here you will find a large selection of entertainment, including Äventyrslandet, many restaurants, cafés and a large selection of shops, art and nature. For those interested in golf, there are many golf courses in the immediate area, the closest being Haverdal's golf course.
During weeks 26 to 31, the owner offers the electricity costs.
