This beautiful country house has been periodically renovated and is located near Legoland. Here you have free access to a private fishing lake and a private nature reserve of 120,000 square metres with many pathways through the woods and across meadows. There is a fire pit and several benches by the lakeside, where you can relax and admire the view. You can perhaps cast a fishing rod and enjoy the peace and tranquillity (fishing in the lake is included in the price but the catch needs to be settled with the owner). The living room is furnished with a television and a stereo. A stove is located in the large activity room with billiards, table football, electronic darts and a stereo. The beautiful leather furniture and the rest of the decor blend harmoniously to create a pleasant atmosphere. The house has three bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi and a shower. In addition to a large south-facing garden with a 25 square metre terrace, there is also a large landscaped garden around the house, a closed garden with swings, a sandpit and a playhouse. This villa meets the expectations of every peace-seeking nature lover. Both the bedrooms on the first floor offer beautiful views of the surroundings.
