If you have not yet thought about a holiday in Monferrato, this is the right occasion ... Here you will stay in a beautiful holiday home with pool in the heart of Monferrato, about 7 km from Gavi. The house consists of two attached buildings, which are not internally connected. It is surrounded by a pleasant natural garden for the exclusive use of guests with the beautiful pool. In the garden there is also an area equipped with barbecue, tables and chairs where you can enjoy your lunches and dinners or relax while enjoying a good wine. A fitness area and sauna are available on the ground floor; two large terraces are on the first floor. The village of Tassarolo, where the house is located, is built around a round tower, which makes the whole architecture original. Here is an association aimed at revaluing the wine produced with an ancient grape variety grown exclusively in a few vineyards in the area. At just 40 km distance is Acqui Terme where you can admire the famous Piazza della bollente, where a monument stands out with a source of bromidic iodine salt water flowing at a temperature of 74 °C. In Asti (30 km), famous for the Palio horse race, you can stroll through the streets of the charming old town and visit the Cathedral of Maria Assunta or the Baptistery of San Pietro. The splendid city of Turin is at 124 km distance. In the period between September and October, all the wineries of the area offer themed weekends with the opportunity to spend days in the vineyards and to enjoy in the evening an excellent dinner with wines and culinary specialities of the area.
