Renovated in 2019, tasteful and wooden furniture furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (180 cm), dining nook, satellite TV, hi-fi system and wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. 1 room, window onto the living room with 1 french bed (180 cm), hand-basin, shower/bidet/WC and satellite TV. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). On the lower ground floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 french bed (180 cm), shower/bidet/WC. Shower, sep. WC, whirlpool. Underfloor heating. Upper floor: (open staircase) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (80 cm), satellite TV. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. The living room is a farmhouse lounge. Large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the ski run. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Please park at the valley station Castelir and use the cable car from here on. It is not possible to reach the house by car. The owner will transport the guests and their luggage from the summit station to the house on the arrival day and back on the departure day. Any other transfers on request on-site and against payment.

Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Arrival via mountain railway.
