Interior

12 km north-west of Lahti, L.Vesijärvi 30 m (length 25 km, width 5 km), shallow, hard sanded clay bottom, own boat.

Wooden/log cottage 1994, living room/kitchen, bedroom 2 beds, second bedroom double bed, sleeping loft with folding door 2 beds and 2 mattresses, dressing room (convertible sofa as an alternative sleeping Place) , washroom, sauna (electric stove).

Separate sauna building, sauna has wood-fired stove, dressing room.

The plot is bordered by a neighborhood with permanent residents. Parties must always be agreed separately with the gcaretaker of the cottage. The peace of the permanent residents living next door must be respected
and it is not possible to have noise-causing parties.

Fireplace not in use during summer.

A wood-fired outside hot tub can be rented from the caretaker. The reservation must be made at least one week before the start of the booking from the caretaker. Contact details for the caretaker are in the booking confirmation.
Rents during year 2021: 150 € / weekend (Fri-Sun) and 250 € / week.
The price includes VAT, guidance, firewood, final cleaning and disinfection. Filling and heating service 60 € / time if needed.

If you want to organize a party, those must be agreed with the caretaker. The peace of the permanent residents living near the cottage must be respected. It is not possible to organize parties that cause noise.

Spacious cottage on sheltered plot surrounded by grass, well suited for a quiet family vacation.

Outboard motor 2 hp available (free of charge). Internet WLAN 4G and Google Chromecast.

All of Messilä’s services, e.g. downhill ski centre and golf course, are close by. Hollola 8 km, Mediaeval church 8 km. Lahti’s skiing centre 15 km.

IMPORTANT! Neighbor is only 40 m, permanent residents in the house. Kindly avoid noice and do not walk or leave your car in the neighbour's yard.
