This holiday home with its heated indoor pool guarantees you can swim, whatever the weather. You will feel like you are staying at a private resort! The house opens on a beautiful exotic-like garden, offers a sauna, a pond, a trampoline, a playground with a slide and 2 zip lines (adults & children). The interior is spacious, bright and functional. On the ground floor, a large living room and a piano, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room which opens on a covered terrace and the master bedroom with an en-suite shower. Upstairs, you will find 4 bedrooms among which one with a shower, as well as a separate bathroom and a solarium. This holiday home is located South from the Isère, in the Bièvre plain, near several different mountain bike paths. 5 bikes are available for your use. Very close to the Vercors mountains and the Chartreuse (beautiful hikes), the area offers wonderful local products (particularly nuts), many gastronomic stops and historical sites. You will be 20 minutes away from the turquoise Paladru lake and the charming Voiron town with its medieval remains, its animated markets and festive events. You can also go horseback riding or choose to fly in a glider. Further south, 45 minutes away, you can visit the superb Royans sites: the Gorges de la Bourne, the St Nazaire aqueduct, the Thais prehistoric cave, the St Jean and Pont en Royans medieval villages. You can also go on a cruise on the Isère.
