This modern holiday home is situated near Svenljunga Västergötland, about 35 km from the low price department store in Ullared. The whole basement is provided with sauna, rest and relaxation area, solarium and activity room. There are also mini billiards, football, air hockey and exercise bike. A wood burning stove is provided in the living room for wonderful cosy evenings. Wi-Fi is available throughout the holiday home for an additional charge. Two television sets are provided. The big lawn has a private balcony which protects you from prying eyes. There are good fishing possibilities in Karken Lake, where the boat is moored. A child-friendly beach is located a few kilometres away from the villa. Tygriket (the textile empire) has many factory outlets which are nearby. Visit the Borås Djurpark (zoo). Experience the countryside and nature when you go with the whole family on a trip by horse-drawn carriage. You can book this trip with the house owner. A cot is available.
