As part of our Luxury Collection, this house offers an extra degree of luxury in the form of, for example, extra space and comfort, interior design or styling, architecture, facilities or experiences.From this impressive and beautiful holiday villa with wide fenced garden and large private swimming pool, situated in the countryside approx. 5 km northeast of Borgo San Lorenzo, you can admire a beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape! The large indoor and outdoor spaces make this house particularly suitable for families with children or groups of friends who spend their holidays together and your inseparable four-legged friend is welcome here too! In the beautiful garden of the villa, the swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, an adjacent loggia with table and chairs and a dressing room with shower are at your complete disposal! This accommodation will allow you to spend most of the day outdoors, starting with the breakfast that you can enjoy under the loggia of the pool, on one of the two covered terraces of the house (one on ground floor and one on 1st floor), on its beautiful open terrace (on the 1st floor) or even in the garden; spend your day relaxing at the pool, where you can take refreshing baths, enjoy the sun or read a good book while sipping a good glass of wine. The property has three entrances: one driveway with remote control, one pedestrian and the main entrance from the suggestive courtyard. A secondary road borders a side of the villa. For lovers of water sports, we recommend a trip to Lake Bilancino (approx. 20 km), which in addition to being swimmable, attracts fans of sport fishing, canoeing, sailing and windsurfing. Don't forget that the beautiful city of Florence, cradle of the Renaissance, is nearby and will bewitch you with the beauty of its palaces, churches, monuments and museums! Parking on the property.
