As part of our Luxury Collection, this house offers an extra degree of luxury in the form of, for example, extra space and comfort, interior design or styling, architecture, facilities or experiences.This comfortable and very well-kept semi-detached house is located directly on the IJsselmeer and the harbour in Stavoren. From the living room on the first floor and from the bedroom on the third floor you have a fabulous view of the IJsselmeer. The two bathrooms are fully equipped. The bathroom on the ground floor was completely renovated in 2018 and equipped with a sauna. There are many water sports and recreational opportunities in the area such as sailing, surfing, boat tours from Stavoren to Enkhuizen, museums, etc. You can explore the characteristic villages in the region by bike.
