This holiday home is ideal for a great holiday with family and friends all year round and offers a sauna, an outdoor hot tub and beautiful views of the water. The house has a terrace on the ground floor and two terraces on the first floor. As this house in Workum has a private jetty and a swimming ladder, you can bring your own boat. This place is like a paradise for anglers. You can go fishing literally right outside the door or take up sports fishing in the nearby Wadden Sea. The villa is located in a park near the harbour, where you can also rent a boat. Moreover, a children's playground is also available. On the channel is a restaurant where you can enjoy a cup of good coffee while overseeing many boats that cross on the water. Towels are available for rent here. The Workummerwaard is connected to the lake IJsselmeer. Enjoy sailing, swimming and surfing on the lake. The region also offers ideal conditions for biking. You will get two bicycles during your stay here. Go cycling on the bank and admire the animal world. The charming old town of Workum is easily accessible by bicycle. The old town of Hindeloopen is not far away and is worth a visit. Stavoren, which is a former Hanseatic city on the banks of the IJsselmeer, the oldest town in Friesland, is just a few kilometres to the south of Workum. Sneek is about 20 km away.
