An old farmhouse and its mazot combine to become a 5-star chalet that can accommodate 12 people…. This is the story of chalet The One which, after an exceptional quality renovation and extension by local artisans, welcomes you in the greatest comfort just 10 minutes from the center of the village of Morzine. Its plentiful large windows allow you to enjoy the various views of the mountain, forest or the valley offered by the chalet.
The large spaces and the charm of yesteryear are the perfect combination of modern comfort and the refined decoration of contemporary chalets. After a day exploring our beautiful valley, you will relax in the sauna, by the pool or around the fireplace.

Level 0: an entrance, a hallway leading to, 1 double bedroom (160 × 200), 1 double (180 × 200) or twin (2 beds 90 × 200) with balcony, a shared bathroom with wc, a laundry room, a toilet, a relaxation area with a heated indoor swimming pool, a sauna and a shower.
Level 1: a large living room divided into 3 living areas: - the lounge area with TV, small mazot bedroom 1 single bed (90 × 190), the open and fully equipped American kitchen opening onto the terrace, - the dining area dining room with fireplace and bar area,
a double bedroom (160 × 200) in the old mazot en suite with bathroom and wc.
Level 2 above the dining room: an attic bedroom with 3 single beds (90 × 190) en suite with shower room and wc
Level 2 above the living room served by another staircase: an office area, the master bedroom with 1 double bed (160 × 200), TV (orange decoder), its bathroom with wc and whirlpool tub.
Studio equipped with independent entrance, kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room.
Garage, garden and ski room.
