This luxury villa is set on the spacious grounds of almost 2000 m2 with beautiful terraced garden flowered with many varieties of plants and very tall Palms. Many secluded areas including solarium roof top, hidden hammock and lots of new luxury outside furniture settings, with luxury sunbeds , with many sun shade umbrellas and electric awning with wind detector, controlled by remote , makes this villa 'feel good factor' for everyone The solar heated pool is more than 12m long, curvy and with water cascade at one end, during the night it is lit with many the pool is located outside shower with jets. The upper terrace is accessed by external stairs, however you can enjoy many different level terraces all around the house, in fact there are four terraces. The garden is very spacious and full of blooming plants, lemons and oranges are plentiful and for you to take it. The stone BBQ is hidden just by the lovely green patch of grass, set right next to seating area with Jacuzzi.There is also mobile gas BBQ to suit your mood of the day.Children will enjoy playing table tennis or pool table behind tall secured wall next to spacious parking in front of the villa. There will be no one in the main residency while you can enjoy your privacy. The inside area of the apartment is very spacious  190 m2 with sea views from the two bedrooms. The very powerful A/C system allows you to control the air in each room . Bedrooms (2) have shutters and you can sleep in complete darkness. All bedrooms have flat TV´S .Big kitchen with all amenities including big American Fridge Freezer with ice maker, ) Nessespresso and SAECO Coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, i pod docking for music and so on. In the third bedroom /playroom for kids there is a playstation2 with many games available ,there are also toys and security safe. The large TV screen is showing international channels and there are TV 's in each bedroom. There is also a separate office with WI-FI internet connection for those who cannot rest. Furnishings are of very high standard and very stylish throughout. After swimming you can use your own sauna or perhaps would like to keep shape in a small gym. Both shower rooms have massage water settings. Property is well secured with high wall and private secured parking. Overall this villa is all you need for a holiday to remember. There is an outdoor video system wich could be covered if you want.Cumbre Del Sol is a mountain that is ideally positioned between Moraira , Benitachell and Javea towns. It is a peaceful, exclusive residential area well away from all the noise and traffic. Cumbre’s own local pebble beach is just two minutes drive. During the high season, you can enjoy dinner al fresco sitting beside the waves, as the beach has two restaurant/bars serving paella, fish, meat, tapas and typical Spanish dishes. The nearest sandy beach is in Moraira, only 5 kms away. Cumbre is a National Park, and the unspoilt scenery is a perfect place to unwind. There are a number of beautiful coastal walks with pinewoods, wild flowers, rosemary and thyme growing in abundance, whilst Cumbre’s Moraig beach has dramatic high peaks towering over it. Cumbre’s shops and restaurants are a few minutes drive away, and there are plenty of supermarkets, chemists, banks, newsagents and various international restaurants in nearby Moraira, Benitachell and Javea.This part of Spain was recognized by the World Health Organization as one of the healthiest places in the world to live. There are many local fiestas which take place during the year and visitors are made most welcome. On fiesta days, the towns are transformed to one big weekly local markets where you can buy a wide range of items,from vegetables to small pieces of furniture. Street parties, not forgetting running bulls to the sea, this buzzing atmosphere needs to be experienced.If you enjoy playing golf, there are 13 excellent clubs on the Costa Blanca with 4 of them around the Cumbre del Sol area.
