There is a shared relaxation area equipped with a sauna so you can rejuvenate at leisure and the balcony lets you linger and enjoy the scenic views around. The cosy home by the forest is definitely a unique option for a couple of vacation or for a small family with kids.

You can go skiing, hiking in the forest, walking by the lake, go swimming at the Tauern Spa Kaprun at 4 km or play golf nearby. The nearest ski lift is at 4.6 km. The lush forest is just 100 m away while the river is in 2 km. Golf, tennis and water sports are in less than 10 km. The town center is also 100 m away where you can check out supermarkets for buying groceries and other pantry supplies while the restaurants are a bit farther, only 200 m from your stay. You can go cross country skiing only 700 m away or catch the Maiskogel ski lift only 4.5 km away. Only a 13-minute drive away lies the ski resort of Kitzteinhorn while hikers will love hiking at the Schimidolins Feuertafe hiking area at 17 km away. The Schrabach Waterfalls also lie a half an hour drive away. Elisabethpark is also a mere 12 minute drive away which you must stop by and not far from here is the Zell am See.
