Welcome to Schmid’s holiday house in Allgäu.Our brand new house, built in 2016, is situated in the peaceful, idyllic outskirts of Ofterschwang. There are four well-equipped holiday flats for a max. of 4 guests each and offer a fantastic view of the bavarian alps.Each flat has two separate bedrooms, two balconies and a private sauna. The lift provides additional convenience.
Only 200 metres from the cable-car Weltcup Express and 100 metres from the village centre, Schmid’s house is the ideal base for all kinds of free-time activities, whether in summer or winter.
Flat No. 1 (120 square metres) accommodates up to 4 people. The high-quality furnishings, two separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (the larger bathroom also has a bath tub), a fireplace and the sauna offer all the comfort you could possibly need.
In addition there is both a south-facing and a west-facing balcony, a comfortable sofa in the living area, 3 TVs, WiFi and a fully-equipped open kitchen.
