This sublime and luxurious Villa is situated on the first line of the sea in the most enlightened and noble area of Tenerife. The breathtaking view over the Atlantic, the coast and the illuminated city of Puerto de la Cruz will never be forgotten.

The property consists of 2,750 sqm and with its beautiful gardens and terraces has a living space of 1,000 sqm. We reach the sumptuous Villa through the entrance area with a height of 7 meters, which communicates with the living room and dining room with its panoramic windows, cozy and comfortable living room with chimney, roofed terrace with unforgettable views and outdoor kitchen.

At this level is an exclusive furnished office, a generous kitchen (40 sqm) equipped with all appliances and a large pantry. Next to the kitchen is the garage for two cars and the room for washing and ironing.

Another highlight is the artificial beach that invites us to dream. The generous Spa is equipped with shower, washbasin, Fitness and Massage Room as well as the Finnish Sauna.

This large luxury villa has been built to the highest standard of quality. The property has been designed by a famous Spanish architect and has many extras, such as: underfloor heating throughout the house, electric awnings, electric curtains and blinds for all windows, double glazing and safety glass, as well as bathrooms and marble floors.
