An absolute unique villa, built to the highest standard with latest and most innovative technology, which was finished inThis unique property is all about views. This amazing contemporary Villa has space for up to 6 people (2 Beds and 1 convertible sofa), a big swimming pool, an indoor Sauna, outdoor barbecue, 2 Baths, a free high-speed Wifi as well as a curved Tv and Bluetooth loudspeakers
The villa is designed for open plan living, with an Italian designed kitchen connected to a spacious living area with a 1,6 meter wide fireplace. The master bedroom is situated on a mezzanine ( open to the living room ) , with custom made wardrobes and amazing views of the outdoor areas and the sea. Below the mezzanine is the bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and a sauna. Additional dressing area with wardrobes.
On the right side of the living room is a door, opening to a shower room, access to the parking area and another very big bedroom with a huge double bed and sofa-bed, sleeps 2, this bedroom has also access to the terrace and pool area. The pool area has two terraces and is surrounded by a small garden area and offers great social space for sun bathing or al fresco dining.
