The villa, newly restored by the owner with the help of a home stager, will provide guests with an unforgettable holiday with beautiful furnishings, relaxation areas and a swimming pool adjacent to the portico with the outdoor living area. The beach is just 300 m away, making this villa a favourite destination for those looking for a relaxing holiday as they can easily and quickly reach, with the bikes provided by the property, the various bathing establishments along the shore, many of which have small restaurants specialising in traditional seafood dishes. The property is surrounded by tall hedges of laurel and bamboo guaranteeing privacy, with tall trees typical of Mediterranean scrub such as holm oaks and pines, while the splendid swimming pool is set in a green synthetic lawn, difficult to tell the difference from real grass, where you can happily walk barefoot; in the garden, close to the parking area, is a multi-brand compatible charging station for electric cars. The proximity to the motorway exit will allow those staying in this elegant property to visit the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca or the renowned areas of the coast such as Forte dei Marmi, Cinque Terre and Portofino, without forgetting Torre del Lago which was the residence and place of inspiration of the great Maestro Giacomo Puccini. This area is also renowned for a variety of water sports, jogging routes and cycling paths, following in the footsteps of the great cycling teams who bring their athletes here to train in the winter months, while, for golfers, there are the green fairways of the famous Golf Club Versilia.
Interior:
Villa Arcadia has four floors. Starting from the basement, we have the TV room, with comfortable seating and a games table, and the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The main entrance on the ground floor opens into a large, brightly-lit living room with seating and dining areas communicating with the kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor are two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and a study room with sofa bed while on the second floor is the master bedroom, with mini pool with hydromassage, emotional shower, Sauna and ensuite bathroom, as well as three double bedrooms with king size bed and ensuite bathroom.
Park:
The entirely-fenced garden of the property extends on four sides and is completely flat and covered in part with ultra-soft synthetic lawn and in part with areas of gravel, terracotta or travertine for the solarium. To one side is the gazebo with the outdoor dining area, adjacent to the barbecue and pizza oven. The entire perimeter of the garden is bordered by a high laurel hedge alternating with bamboo to guarantee your privacy. Within the garden, near the parking area, is a multi-brand compatible charging station for electric cars.
Swimming Pool:
The rectangular infinity pool is located in front of the villa, adjacent to the portico. Measuring 6 x 10 m, with a depth of 1.40 m, it is lined in grit-coloured PVC with Touch Sublime effect and has salt purification, internal lighting and Roman steps for easy access to the water with two hydromassage jets at the sides The travertine solarium is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and two umbrellas and a shower with hot water.. The pool will be open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
