Villa Sole is a typical country house in Marche Country style rebuilt in 2008 with modern technologies while maintaining the style ofOn the ground floor there is a Suite for 4 guests, living room, open kitchen and 2 bathrooms. On the 1st floor there is a double suite with external Ofuro tub for thalassotherapy. A veranda closed and heated in winter is the center of the House. A warehouse is also available. The park with swimming pool is impressive. Villa Sole is perfect for 6 + 2 guests.

Villa Sole is a villa with two comfortable suites and large indoor and outdoor spaces, the garden with lawn and trees has a swimming pool for exclusive and free use and has ample free parking for 4 cars. In the area of the solarium there is a tub for thalassotherapy with hot water and hydromassage that can be used by paying a small extra upon agreement with the manager.

Guests have access to all indoor and outdoor spaces a room for warehouse use can be used when granted.
Gaia, manager of the structure, lives about 12 km away and can provide assistance when requested, in person or by phone and WhatsApp
Villa Sole is on the top of a hill between the sea and the mountains. It is about 25 minutes from the golden beaches of Senigallia and 40 minutes from the Conero Riviera. Nearby there are many medieval centers and tourist places such as the famous Frasassi caves. A small complex of 3 families is located near Villa Sole Marche and this fact is a comfort for those who do not want to be too isolated while maintaining a total state of privacy.

We recommend the car or any motorized vehicle. By bike you can reach the nearby towns of Moie and Montecarotto only if you are able to face uphill roads.

Villa Sole has recently introduced a space dedicated to the Tinozza Ofuro for Thalassotherapy and Ir Sauna. In addition, a therapeutic and relaxing massage service is available in collaboration with a well-known Certified Massager. A shuttle service can be arranged to / from the airports of Ancona, Bologna and Rome at a reasonable cost. The nearest regional station is about 7 km away (Castelplanio Railway Station), while the National Station (jesi Railway Station) is 12 km away. There are many tourist attractions within 30 km and the Conero Riviera can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. There are many typical restaurants in the area and the nearest shopping center is 3 km away.
