This luxurious modern apartment offers spacious and elegant spaces in the best neighborhood of the city.
It is located in one of the most exclusive areas of the capital: the heart of the select Salamanca district, ideal for those who want to surround their self with a touch of distinction. This area enjoys excellent communications having several metro and bus stops nearby that connect to any point of the city. Another attraction is the excellent bars and restaurants that will allow you to enjoy the gastronomic culture of Madrid.
The property is located on a fourth floor outside. The living room has a diaphanous distribution being very spacious. It enjoys plenty of natural light and is carefully decorated.
The huge design kitchen is located next to the living area and is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay perfect. The large master bedroom consists of large capacity fitted wardrobes that flood the room with natural light for much of the day. The modern en suite bathroom with sauna with the best qualities and equipped with a large shower. The second bedroom has two single beds of 105 cm each, for the convenience of its guests.
