"Classic", 5-room chalet 100 m2 on 2 levels. Object suitable for 6 adults + 2 children. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), gas heater. 3 double bedrooms. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC, Sauna. Large balcony. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Different bathroom equipment possible, special requests please inquire while booking. A later on-site consideration can not be guaranteed.

Klippitztörl: Modern holiday village "Almdorf Klippitz", 1'600 m a.s.l.. In a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 1 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. Private: natural state property. In the house: infrared sauna. Gruff motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 15 km, restaurant 1 km, lake Längsee 35 km. Ski lift 1 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Klopeiner See 60 km. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. The distance to the ski lift is between 1 and 2 km depending on the location of the house. There is no reception in the holiday village. Therefore, please contact the key holder 2 weeks before arrival and provide the details of all travelers and the expected arrival time. The payment of the additional costs marked "on site" must be made by credit card or bank transfer before arrival. The landlord will inform you of the exact amount in good time.
