This large, exclusive boat house with a sauna, located in Giethoorn, awaits you under a stylish thatched roof. The house has three beautiful bedrooms and can accommodate six people. Enjoy a beautiful view over the countryside from the living room and on the sun-facing terrace. On one side of the house, you have access to a sheltered place for your boat. A bedroom, a bathroom (with shower or bathtub) and also a sauna for four people are located on the same floor. The ground floor has a separate toilet. The house has a private jetty with a swimming ladder. The interior can be different from the photos. All the houses are of the same quality and standard. The house is equipped with all amenities, including Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, central heating, a dishwasher and a microwave. Moreover, you can park two cars at the house. The property also has a private dock with a swimming ladder. This large park in Giethoorn, the "Venice of the North" is located on the edge of the nature reserve Weerribben. Go sailing, fishing, swimming or take up hiking, biking or just relax on your private terrace. You can book an electric sloop or boat; it will be anchored in front of your house. Enjoy fishing in the park for a small fee. How about a dive from your private jetty into the refreshing water?
