This house offers a magnificent view of the lake Bolmen. The house has a well laid out split floor plan, with kitchen, dining room and bedroom in a separate section. The large living room is two small steps down. Beautiful sliding doors lead to the covered terrace. There is also an open terrace, which can be accessed from two of the bedrooms. Under floor heating is provided throughout the house. The sandy beach is shared with a few other houses. The boat is moored at the lake Bolmen. The lake offers good swimming opportunities for children as well as very good fishing. Bolmen is 184 square kilometres large and comprises of 365 islands. Ice fishing in winter is possible and a sledding hill is located directly at the doorstep. A sandbox, slide and swings are available in summer. The house has geothermal heating and therefore enjoys low energy costs. There is a bridge connecting the eastern and the western shore. On the west side of the island there is a free ferry.
