For shared use: park. Private: property 5'000 m2 (fenced), large, beautiful garden (fenced) lawn and wildlife garden, lawn for sunbathing, biotope. Outdoor shower, hot tub, pergola, terrace, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, sauna, hydro massage bath (all included), burglar alarm system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Slopes 5 km, ski school 5 km.
