Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table and wood-burning stove. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and electric heater. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: sauna. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The wood stove is a pellet stove. The sauna has an outside entrance.

Private: natural state property with meadow. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Bumpy, steep motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop 12 km, grocery 12 km, restaurant 6 km, swimming bay 15 km. Riding stable 15 km, chair lift 10 km, skisport facilities 10 km, ski school 10 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn, Klettertagarten. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Klippitztörl 10 km, Koralpe 25 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavanttaler Alpen. Please note: suitable for families. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Sauna with outside access.
