Wooden chalet 2008, living room convertible sofa/double bed, kitchen, 2 bedrooms 2 beds in each, hall, washroom/WC, terrace and porch. Chalet has electric heating, underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation and artesian well water.
Separate sauna building (25 m²), washroom/WC, room with fireplace convertible sofa/double bed and open porch Chalet with practical layout, located on a sunny hillock on shore of Lake Muuratjärvi; plot level and grassy. From sauna gentle slope for 15 m to swimming shore, paths have slabs. Water in the tap comes from a well and contains some iron, which causes some taste in the water. However, it's examined and safe to use as a household water. Client can also bring drinking water along.
