This elegant, six bedroom holiday home is a great choice for large families or groups of friends. It has been thoughtfully furnished to a high standard throughout and now offers a wonderful blend of modern and classical influences. The original beams and tiled floors have been carefully preserved and modern furnishings complete the look. The villa is wonderfully spacious, measuring 340m2 in size and is nestled amidst private and secluded grounds. Most of the rooms open onto either the pretty terrace or the balcony and overlook the well-maintained grounds. The villa itself is spread across three levels and includes six bedrooms in total, sleeping 12 persons, with the possibility of accommodating two additional children if required. There is a spa room in the basement, complete with sauna and hammam, which leads to the heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and gardens. The villa is situated in the area of Val du Tignet, within walking distance of the nearest shops and restaurants. Lac de St Cassien with its beaches and restaurants or the glamorous town of Cannes are both just a short drive away. Please note, the discreet keyholder lives at the back of the property and is rarely seen by guests. He is on-hand to help with the security, garden and swimming pool.
