Beautiful holiday home in a panoramic position, with splendid open views of the surrounding hills, located in Sassa, a small and ancient village in the immediate Pisan hinterland near Cecina. Guests will be pleasantly surprised by its vast and well-kept garden and its large panoramic terrace, furnished for unforgettable outdoor meals and equipped with a splendid outdoor Jacuzzi, not to mention the sumptuous infrared sauna that can accommodate 5 people and with an adjacent fitness area. The outdoor jacuzzi has the possibility of heating the water up to about 40 degrees and is available all year round. This accommodation is ideal for those who wish to spend a holiday between sea and countryside; available to guests is a large outdoor area with 2000 m² of fenced land, also suitable for accommodating your inseparable four-legged friend. Beach lovers can easily reach the coast, which is only 30 km from here. Do not miss also famous tourist resorts such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa. Location: the Cecina coast 15 km, Volterra 36 km, Etruscan thermal baths of Campiglia Marittima 45 km, San Gimignano 66 km, Florence 111 km. The holiday home is reached along a dirt road that leads into the woods for about 800 meters, not suitable for low or sports cars. On agreed days, in the early morning, an attendant will come to the house to water the plants and possibly do other small maintenance jobs.
