It is ideal for a family or group of 4, who wish to stay near the Kitzbühel - Kirchberg ski area. There is a relaxing sauna and a private furnished terrace to enjoy the surrounding views.

The ski lift and ski bus are available at 100 m and there is easy access to Kitzbühel - Kirchberg ski area. You can enjoy walking in the nearby forest at 100 m. Alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golf etc can be enjoyed here. Moor Alm Restaurant lets you book lunch and dinner in advance, but the service is limited to winters only.

Enjoy the sun in the furnished garden and have delicious home-cooked meals. Additional amenities include ski boot heaters, garage, and parking (underground car park). For children, there are a children's bed and a high chair.
